Digital Event Services for Brands Across Asia Pacific

Technology That Gives the Room Something to Do.

Games that build a queue, cameras that read a whole body, and machines that hand over a sample when a member scans in. Designed, built and run on the floor by ROOTS APAC, for trade shows, launches and summits across Asia Pacific.

Lead Capability

Gamification for Trade Shows

The visitor’s phone is the controller, so there is no app to download. Vertical-screen games run on any portrait display, from a stand screen to a bus-shelter panel, with a live leaderboard beside the play. Lead capture happens inside the game loop, not after it, and the game runs unattended all day while the queue keeps itself going.

It works on a stand at a trade show, in the foyer of a product launch or between sessions at a summit, and the same engine takes a new skin for every brand.

  • Scan A QR code on screen turns the visitor’s phone into the controller.
  • Play A short round against the clock, scored live on the leaderboard.
  • Capture Registering to claim the score is the lead, taken in the same loop.

“The screen was a hit and sparked many meaningful conversations.”

What We Build

Physical, Playable and Measured.

Seven capabilities, each designed, built and run by ROOTS APAC, and each proven in front of a live crowd. Most activations combine two or three: a game on the visitor’s phone, a camera that reads the player, a machine that hands over the prize and a dashboard that counts all of it.

  • A player with his back to the camera holds his phone as the controller in front of a portrait screen running Red Light / Green Light: GREEN glows above four lanes running from Start to Finish, beside a Stellar Ace screen and a stack of checked boxes.

    Gamification

Branded games for any portrait screen, played by phone or by touch.
